Description

Many lactating families express the desire to provide breast/chest milk to their infant for the health benefits. However, they struggle with many common concerns often faced in the early days. If left unaddressed, these small concerns often become larger ones and can lead to early weaning. This workshop will focus on supporting families who struggle with common concerns in the early days related to positioning and latch, nipple pain, low milk supply, delayed lactogenesis, plugged ducts, and mastitis to successfully breast/chestfeed their infant.
