Description

As patients become older, polypharmacy – the use of multiple medications to treat conditions - can have negative consequences. This hour-long online module discusses examining the medications a patient may be taking; how those may possibly interact, causing side effects such as increased risk of falls; and which medications can be safely removed and how.
