Objectives

  • Identify optimal therapy for MPN patients.
  • Analyze current knowledge of molecular response as a surrogate endpoint for clinically meaningful endpoints such as overall survival, leukemia-free survival, thrombosis-free survival in MPN.
  • Discuss potential vulnerabilities of MPN stem cells or the hematopoietic stem cell niche that can be exploited to further optimize MPN treatment.
