  • 01b_Participants will be able to identify strategies to balance the position you hold with the person you are.
  • 02_Participants will be able to List the new relationship-based program for local health department senior nurse leaders that facilitates a path to building skills, knowledge, and employee engagement.
  • 03_Participants will be able to identify and adopt at least one self-care strategy that you will implement in your daily routine.

  • 10b. Participants will distinguish between different leadership archetypes.
  • 10c. Participants will construct their individual leadership style as a blend of leadership archetypes.
  • 11_Participants will know the difference between Mentoring and Coaching.
  • 11a. Participants will gain knowledge of behaviors that make for a good mentoring relationship.
  • 11b. Participants will understand What the COACH model is.
  • 11c. Participants will be able to apply Guided Discovery listening.
  • 12_Participants will gain knowledge of how to work towards building belonging in our workspaces and with our patients/clients.
  • 13_Learner Outcome:Participants will self-report in knowledge gained from the conference on public health topics, to help support their role of public health nursing administrators to improve the quality of public health nursing care provided by the local health departments.
