Description

Helping professions can be very rewarding fields, but they also come with heavy subjects and tough situations. It's important for an organization to be aware of, and proactive about, provider and staff burnout. This module will provide information on what burnout is, how compassion fatigue and moral injury play into burnout, suggestions for how to personally combat burnout, and ways that organizations can better their environments.
