This day-long conference will offer a variety of presentations designed specifically for healthcare professionals to help them explore best practices in Geriatric care. This conference will discuss the definition of successful aging and strategies to promote successful aging. Multiple sessions throughout the day will address the most prevalent conditions among the geriatric population and practical steps for treating those conditions, as well as community resources and initiatives.
