With the growing rate of healthcare talent shortage and the ever-growing supply of healthcare professionals, employers participating in the collaborative will lead the charge in creating sustainable solutions to our region’s workforce supply and demand. Employers in the collaborative represent hospitals, public health departments, skilled nursing homes, and home health agencies, all of whom are actively addressing the ongoing challenges of growing their nursing workforce talent.
These employers will be key to unlocking the incredible healthcare talent we have in our region. Through the employer collaborative, they will gain direct access to top healthcare talent from local universities, community colleges, private educators, and K-12 education.
Participants in the employer collaborative will gain access to talent that is prepared to enter our workforce and have successful careers in healthcare. Additionally, we will explore solutions to recruitment, retention, and upskilling of healthcare talent through our region's talent pipeline.
