Description

Integrating Care can be cumbersome, confusing, and overwhelming. What model should be used to integrate care? What are the pros and cons to each model? Is there a preferred way to integrate care? All of these questions, and more, are discussed in this online module. Dr. Amelia Muse breaks down each of the three main Integrated Care Modules - Primary Care, Collaborative Care, and Bidirectional Care, and gives workflow strategies and options so you can determine what works best for your practice.
