Given the need to prevent exposure to the coronavirus, both providers and their older patients understand the need to shift to telehealth. Using the 4Ms Framework for age-friendly care, this course provides practical solutions to the challenges of geriatric telehealth. The course will enable attendees to maximize the effectiveness of their telehealth efforts in order to ensure safe and accurate person-centered geriatric care.
