This in-depth personalized assessment helps individuals to build more effective relationships and improve the quality of their workplace. Each individual will understand their own personality style based on the DiSC® model(D-Dominance, I-Influence, S-Steadiness, and C-Conscientiousness) and how their style contributes to workplace relationships.
This assessment may be taken individually or for all the team members. It can be used with everyone in an organization, regardless of title or role, to build more effective relationships, and improve the quality of the workplace. As a bonus you may request a free at-a-glance view of your individual Everything DiSC® Team View and Everything DiSC® Comparison Report. Ideal for individual coaching or small group work. Insightful and robust the 10-page research-validated reports can be created for any two participants. Reports illustrate their similarities and differences, potential roadblocks in working together, and practical tips for improving working relationships between colleagues.
The registration fee reflects the assessment only. This is not an onsite program. Ask us about creating a workshop for your team or attending an open workshop.
Important information to register for class
A registration code is needed to complete the Everything DiSC Workplace Assessment. Please contact Kandyce Schofield kandyce.schofield@carolinashealthcare.org or 704-512-3459 to receive registration code. After completion of assessment, you will receive the report via email.
