Target Audience

All health care professionals, leaders, managers, supervisors, team leaders and everyone else interested in learning how to address conflict in a diverse and multicultural workplace.

Designed to help healthcare professionals understand and address conflict in a diverse and multicultural workplace. The workshop will provide key concepts and
strategies for effective conflict resolution in a multicultural workplace and when serving diverse patient populations.

ACHE Credit Information
The Charlotte AHEC is authorized to award 3.00 hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit must self-report their participation. To self-report, participants must log into their MyACHE account and select “My Education Credit” to log hours earned.
