Build relationships with your teammates by discovering the characteristics and implications of different personalities using the DISC model.
Are you exhausted from trying to figure out what makes your team members or direct reports tick? Does it feel like sometimes no matter what you say or do it's the wrong thing? Do you wish you had the key that would unlock the secret code? At its core DISC helps people understand human differences. This course provides the basic foundation for that understanding through an engaging process. A series of activities will help participants discover DISC for themselves and use with their team. The result is a practical understanding of DISC that will satisfy every leaders need for immediate and effective application. Participants are required to respond to DISC Assessment prior to attending the class.
