PLEASE NOTE:
Before beginning the 3 STEP Application Process, please be sure that you have your county code. If you do not have your code contact Amber Jones (Send Email or call Office: 704-381-8342 | Mobile: 269-377-4881).


Application Information (3 STEP PROCESS):
Please complete the below Steps in order to apply to attend the Summit.

STEP 1:
Register through Charlotte AHEC - Click the BLUE register button.
(You will be required to create a MyAHEC account when you register.)
Be sure to choose the fee that best applies to you.

STEP 2:
After you complete the registration process, you will receive an email from the Charlotte AHEC Registrar confirming your registration. This email will include a link to complete the 2023 Empower: Teen Leadership Summit Application/Forms.

STEP 3:
Teen Health Connection will review your application within 3 business days and you and your parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified if you have been selected.
