Description

As Public Health leaders seek more and deeper non-traditional partnerships for the well-being of communities they serve, conversational capacity is critical. Using real-life examples, participants will learn the values and applications of conversational capacity to increase engagement and decrease unconstructive behaviors in work conversations and manage personal triggers that arise in difficult situations.
