Description

If you are thinking about integration or have started integrating physical and behavioral health in your practice but want to better understand existing models for integration and their corresponding financial models, this is the training for you. We will discuss implementation strategy of the two most common models - Collaborative Care and PCBH or Primary Care Behavioral Health - as well as common hybrid approaches. Our target audience is team leads, administrators, and providers and staff with a passion for integrated care and managing up.
