Description

The ACEs epidemic has been a growing area of interest in the last several years. ACEs, or Adverse Childhood Experiences, are being investigated and related to many adverse health outcomes in adulthood. Additionally, the Opioid epidemic is raging on in Gaston County as a result of COVID and many additional factors, such as ACEs. Resilience and resiliency efforts are one way to combat ACEs and the Opioid epidemic.
Complete this course to get a better understanding of how resilience can combat the negative effects of ACEs and Opioid Use Disorder.
