Description

This Live Webinar Training is funded through Mecklenburg County ReCAST, a SAMHSA-funded grant initiative.

In times of crisis, compassion fatigue and burnout seem to quadruple. The extra stress that comes with crisis situations, like COVID-19 and the social unrest we have been experiencing, is compounded by our own fears and feelings of unsafety which lead to dysregulation. But what can be done to create an organizational culture that supports compassion and resilience to mitigate and assist in the regulation of each other. Join us to explore the components of a culture of compassion and organizational resilience.
