Description

The neuro patient in general is a therapist’s favorite patient to treat. Whether it is right out of school or many years in, a neuro patient is one that is always exciting and challenging. However, there are different types of neuro patients and depending on the size of the facility that one might work in, areas might be tailored more specifically to one type of patient like one that has had a stroke.

This course will give one a look into the treatment of the floor neuro patients, including those that have had strokes, spinal surgery and brain surgery. Not all patients are created equal and being able to know where to get started when you come onto the floor whether it is your second day on the job or twenty years into your career, this course should help you confidently go about your job.
