Description
As we prepare to return to the office, what has changed in the past year and a half since we have been together. Has your personal schedule and responsibilities changed, the way you look at your work, the way you interact with your co-workers? Are you excited to see people or anxious about interactions and sharing space? Join us to discuss how to use self-regulation strategies to manage your concerns and enhance your experience as well as why it is important to build our compassion resilience skills as we lean into re-building our relationships at work during this uncertain time for all.
