We all have experience exceptional customer service, as well as having been on the receiving end of poor care or services. All public healthcare staff have faced an unhappy and/or angry patient. These situations can be stressful, demotivating and ultimately can be costly to an agency. This training will look at common reasons why patients get upset and provide tools and techniques for interacting with upset patients. It will cover techniques that can assist in increasing your ability to provide exceptional customer care.
