Description
Motivational Interviewing is an evidence-based, collaborative and person-centered process to elicit and strengthen motivation for change. It is the expectation rather than the exception that we bring ourselves to these conversations with a trauma-informed lens. This session will focus on the spirit or mindset for using MI skills to support autonomy and values the other person’s perspective.
