This live webinar will provide an introduction to the human energy field and to two specific energy therapies that are often used to help promote healing and a sense of well-being — Healing Touch and Reiki. Virtually guided, hands-on practice will be included so that each student will leave class having experienced two methods of energetic self-care that may be used for stress reduction and relaxation. This introductory class will not only give each student techniques to use now, but it will also provide an idea for what will be experienced during Healing Touch or Reiki classes offered by Charlotte AHEC in the future.
