Target Audience

Leaders/managers/supervisors/team leads, health/human service professionals, anyone aspiring to develop critical leadership skills needed at every level.

Description

Learn to THRIVE and not just survive in times of high stress by connecting to your purpose, acquiring resiliency and learning energy management techniques.

Frontline care providers and other health system personnel experiencing secondary traumatic stress symptoms will create a significant challenge for sustaining the healthcare delivery system. Consequently, the cumulative physical, mental, and emotional fatigue will be worse than pre-pandemic levels of burnout. This reality will pose severe risks for degrading safety, quality and patient experience in healthcare performance.

Research clearly indicates that helping people connect with deeper meaning and purpose in their lives by acquiring resiliency and energy management techniques can lead to a broad range of positive and productive outcomes. It also leads to higher levels of joy and satisfaction in their professional lives while producing higher levels of safety, quality and patient experience.

Learn the difference between burnout and stress, develop a plan to reverse and prevent burnout, and discover how to lead the way for others around you to effectively manage their stress and improve their resiliency as well.
