Communicate Like a Leader with two additional communication skills: Mutual Problem Solving and Consultative Selling. Mutual Problem Solving Skills allow you to resolve conflicts and needs in ways that are agreeable to all involved. Consultative Selling skills will enable you to handle one of the most difficult interpersonal tasks – approaching people who have not asked for your advice and making suggestions to them in a way that will cause them to appreciate your comments and consider your ideas.

ACHE Credit Information
By attending Communicate Like a Leader Part 3 offered by Charlotte AHEC participants may earn up to 4.25 ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit must self-report their participation. To self-report, participants must log into their MyAHEC account and select “My Education Credit” to log hours earned.
