Description

ALERT - The health and safety of our learners is of the utmost importance to us. We are closely monitoring the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. After much consideration and with circumstances changing so rapidly, Charlotte AHEC has decided to offer this program as a Live-Stream Webinar. We are fully committed to ensuring that our attendees, faculty and staff remain safe and well.

Want practice applying rapid cycle repair techniques to scenarios of broken and disrupted work processes? In this class, we will apply a rapid cycle “repair kit” of tools and templates to scenarios of disrupted business and clinical processes to build the learner’s confidence and skill level. Afterward, use these tools and templates to help adapt (and keep adapting) your own processes to the “new normal.”
