Description

ALERT - The health and safety of our learners is of the utmost importance to us. We are closely monitoring the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. After much consideration and with circumstances changing so rapidly, Charlotte AHEC has decided to offer this program as a Live-Stream Webinar. We are fully committed to ensuring that our attendees, faculty and staff remain safe and well.

The clinical and business processes that we depend upon to do our work every day are being subjected to unprecedented levels of disruption. How do we adapt our work processes to the “new normal” of disruptive change in the age of Covid-19? In this class, we will apply a rapid-cycle repair “kit” to scenarios of disrupted processes. Afterward, take these templates back to your work team and use them to help adapt your own processes to the “new normal.”
