Leaders, managers, supervisors, team leads, health/human service professionals, anyone aspiring to develop critical leadership skills needed at every level.
Develop a resilient mindset and attitude to help you recover and thrive beyond chaotic events.
Resilience is our ability to adapt and bounce back when things don't go as planned. Resilient people don't wallow or dwell on failures; they acknowledge the situation, learn from their mistakes, and then move forward. Being able to bounce back from difficult situations is not the same as recovering emotionally, mentally and physically from traumatic setbacks. To continue to engage our work and produce results at high levels requires the ability to be resilient. The good news is that even if you're not a naturally resilient person, you can learn to develop a resilient mindset and attitude. Doing so will allow you to not only survive through chaotic events but recover and thrive beyond them.
