This symposium will engage participants in cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus patient case prior to and following treatment using cord blood. Public cord blood donation is a free program offered to patients at three Atrium Health facilities. Cord blood is derived from placentas after delivery of baby and would otherwise be discarded as waste if consent for donation is not given.
