This workshop will present the concept of Servant Leadership and how to benefit from using this leadership style. Servant Leadership brings with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first bringing one to aspire to lead. Join us to learn more about the tools and techniques every leader can use to improve employee engagement, relationships and team dynamics.
