Target Audience

Leaders, managers, supervisors, team leads, health/human service professionals, anyone aspiring to develop critical leadership skills needed at every level.

Description

Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less. If you want to lead and be seen as a leader, you need to grow your influence skill set. Lead differently from other team members and see results!

Sometimes "leadership" in the healthcare world is messy - "flat" organizational structures, unclear lines of authority, a confusing matrix of accountability, and more lead to a frustrating experience - especially if your current job title doesn't include "being the boss."

But... Did you know that you can be a leader - and a really effective one - without a title?

Join us for an interactive session where we will talk about the fundamental skills you need to become a person of influence.

You'll learn four specific ways that you can grow your influence and help implement needed changes. Most of us lead from the foundation of our technical ability. For most medical professionals, that foundation often doesn't give us as much credibility with "official" leaders as you'd like.

Want them to listen to you? Want to have your ideas heard?

You'll leave this session with actionable takeaways.
