Description

You want a sample of my what!? Doctors can learn a great deal about you from your from blood and urine samples. We will explore the chemistry of tests run by pathologists, physicians and forensic scientists to solve crimes and diagnose certain diseases.

  • Examinee blood, urine and other tissues is an essential procedure for diagnosing human disease
  • Learn the chemistry behind common medical tests
  • Conduct simulated blood, urine or tissue tests that may include the detection of iron, alcohol, proteins and other factors that lead to the diagnosis of disease or other medical conditions
