Description

Focuses on putting data into action for improving health and human service care delivery. Participants will learn the basics of measure identification, identifying data for improvement, data collection, graphic display of data and analysis using pareto charts, run charts and Shewhart (control) charts. In this hands-on workshop, participants will work with data to produce and analyze pareto charts, run charts, and Shewhart (control) charts.
**You will need to bring a computer (including power cord) with Excel and QI Macros installed on computer.
