Description

Cultural identity is a complex and multifaceted construct. This program will explore multicultural identity and the ways context creates inherent power dynamics. The clinical alliance includes actual and perceived power that while present, are frequently unaddressed. Participants will be encouraged to deepen their therapeutic work by considering specific elements of identity affecting clients, supervisees and ourselves.
