Healthcare providers often treat patients without knowing who their patients REALLY are, including how they identify. The goal of the 2018 LGBTQ Symposium is to increase participant's knowledge base in order to provide culturally competent care for LGBTQ patients.

Apply skills learned in order to improve the patient experience of the LGBTQ patient.
