The goal of this Symposium is to educate participants about developing technology used to treat heart failure, and other new and emerging treatments. The Symposium will also introduce the guidelines for applying this technology and the direction that this therapy is moving toward in the near future.

Registration
Thank you for registering for the Francis Robicsek Symposium. Please be aware that the actual conference will not begin until 3:00 pm. We will have the opportunity for you to meet with exhibitors along with registration from 1:30 pm-3:00 pm.

Because you are employed by Atrium Health or on the medical staff of an Atrium Health facility, we have requested that you participate in the Francis Robicsek Symposium 2018 on October 25, 2018 at the Suzanne Freeman Auditorium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Francis Robicsek Symposium will focus on heart failure and compliance training for physicians. Atrium Health believes the training and information you will obtain are substantially related to your responsibilities as a physician and are reasonably related to the mission of Atrium Health. As fair market value compensation for your participation in the Francis Robicsek Symposium, Carolinas HealthCare System will not charge a registration fee. By submitting this registration, you are indicating your intent to attend the Francis Robicsek Symposium and your acceptance of these terms.
