Project management is a methodical approach for achieving project success which starts with careful planning and guides your processes from project start to project conclusion. Using a project methodology can make a critical difference in achieving success with projects in today’s busy (and sometimes chaotic) workplace. This workshop explores a number of key project management skills for you to start using once you complete the workshop

  • Discuss how to use the project management techniques and tools presented for the purpose of getting complex projects completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify the five stages of projects: initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing
  • Identify techniques and tools to maximize effective communication among stakeholders and project participants
  • Discuss the challenge of navigating interpersonal dynamics of stakeholders in complex projects
