Description

Leadership is both an art and a science. What leaders are really responsible for is leading the brains of their team members effectively. Words influence how the brain responds to external stimuli so words matter and affect how people perform in their technical skills. The secret language of leadership is learning how to use the most effective words to create a language that drives performance. If your team is struggling to get the results to desire, you may be speaking the “wrong” language. The secret is in the sauce as they say. The secret to leadership is in the language and behavior you use to influence your team as a leader.
