Description

Integrating the best of the eastern evidenced-based practices with your current modalities can be an amazingly effective way to care for your patients. You will walk away from this workshop with a better personal and professional understanding of yoga-based breathing and movement as it pertains to patients in pain.

It is scientifically proven in that many aspects of breath work and yoga can help with stress reduction, pain management, anxiety and trauma.

This workshop will show you how to practically and easily use these techniques to enhance the care and treatment of both acute and chronic pain for yourself, you patients and in your practice.

*****Please wear yoga attire or comfortable clothes to move in. Please also bring a yoga mat or towel*****
