In today’s fast-paced workplace, we need to have effective problem-solving and performance improvement techniques to meet ever-evolving goals. Applying DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) is a proven way to get improvement results. In this workshop, you will learn how to apply DMAIC and associated performance improvement tools to scenarios where there is a gap between the target and current performance.   • Learn how to apply DMAIC problem-solving methodology, data and improvement techniques/tools to:
  • Define performance improvement goals around meeting your target metrics
  • Measure current performance to understand the gap between where you are versus where you need to be
  • Analyze the situation, identify waste and its root cause
  • Improve processes by looking for the simplest workable solutions and using PDSA cycles to test how well they work
  • Control and sustain your performance improvements by creating a control plan and monitoring your metrics appropriately
