In this workshop, we will demonstrate how the Enneagram can provide a roadmap for conflict resolution through three principles of dynamic conversations: Respect, Recognition and Reassurance. When all three are integrated and processed, this can have an enormous impact on effective communication. We will demonstrate what dynamic conversations for change may look like through inquiry with selected panelists who share their own personal stories and insights.
