Description
This Part 1 course is designed for rehabilitation professionals who desire to enhance their knowledge in the evaluation of the foot and ankle complex. The in-depth approach covered in this course will discuss foot and ankle anatomy, interplay of the rear, mid and forefoot, and the influence of the proximal kinetic chain. Movement and gait dysfunctions as they relate to the foot and ankle will also be discussed with use of case studies to bring it all together. At the end of the course the participant should feel comfortable diagnosing and developing a thorough plan of care based on evidence, biomechanical principles, and sound reasoning.
