This knowledge -based CPE activity will provide updates on the opioid crisis in North Carolina including state policies/procedures, practice models addressing the opioid crisis, and screening tools/strategies for implementing into one's own practice. Discussion will also include impacts of the social determinants of health and resulting health inequities.
