Join us for Part 3 of a 4 part series to learn how to incorporate the National Council’s TIRO Supervision Model into your supervision practice at Mecklenburg Department of Social Services.

(Part 4: MCDSS’s TIRO Supervision Model and Sustainability Plan)

Attendees with review the specific skills they can develop to enhance their supervision practice to increase it’s alignment with TIRO Supervision practices.
