Description

This two-hour webinar is designed to teach frontline workers how to take care of their souls during the Covid-19 pandemic. A special emphasis will be placed upon sharing and understanding our personal story and the way our story impacts our relationships. We will also cover personal triggers, roles and establishing of good boundaries.
