Do you want to involve your frontline staff in meaningful work that impacts them and their patients? Quality Improvement 101 (QI 101) is back with updated material delivered via live webinar! This course is an interactive learning opportunity for individuals, small teams, and organizations leading initiatives to improve healthcare quality & patient safety. Didactics combined with hands-on practice will build skills and knowledge among professionals supporting hospitals, clinical practices, and other healthcare organizations to accelerate the application of QI methods and improvement science. QI 101's proven strategies can be applied across a range of healthcare settings including billing processes, scheduling, access and efficiency, clinical care, and so much more. Learning is tailored directly to the participants’ circumstances, providing individualized faculty feedback on projects and assignments.
This workshop includes two 1 hour coaching calls. You will have to attend at least one coaching call to receive nursing credit.
