Description

The pre-selected, peer-reviewed journal has been evaluated and reviewed for its importance by Drs. Jorge Alegria, Sanjeev Gulati, Richard Musialowski, Geoff Rose and Jai Singh. Readings should take no more than 25-35 minutes to complete. The video is a 15-20 minute interview-style discussion between one of the four directors and our local experts. The MOC questions are designed to assess your comprehension of the material and provide additional feedback regarding the topic. Overall, this activity should take approximately an hour to complete.

  • Demonstrate the newest and most current beyond accepted guidelines.
  • Evaluate the guidelines of primary and secondary prevention of CAD
  • Evaluate the role of a novel agent in the management of triglycerides for primary and secondary CAD prevention
  • Integrate a novel agent into daily practice of dyslipidemia
