Description

Leadership & Management Inside the New Normal is designed to give new knowledge and understanding to people who are accountable for the performance of others in their organization.

We distinguish what it takes to provide authentic leadership, effective management and powerful coaching while dealing with change and uncertainty.

Managers and leaders who will be successful in the new normal will have common traits: resilience, readiness for change, the ability to move with velocity, cross-functional collaboration, high employee engagement, and the ability to create buy-in. In this program, we address leadership, management and coaching contextually and practically. We distinguish leading, managing and coaching as three separate and distinct skills.
