Description

What does self-determination look like in practice? It's much more than "letting" clients make decisions and "not judging" client actions. Self-determination is also a foundation that positions a person to grow motivation, make decisions that fit, communicate more effectively, and build resilience after trauma. In addition, self-determination is important for our own professional development and organisational effectiveness. In this program, we'll dig into self-determination and discover tools and strategies for developing it in everyday practice.
