This course is intended for non-intensivists with essential skills to perform front-line work for adult patients with critical care needs. Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Nurses.
Review current care standards, resources, and pathways by a series of online didactics, test questions, and interactive, experiential, case scenarios through Atrium Health’s Adult Critical Care services.
The following modules are included in this series:
1. Airway Basics (30 minutes)
2. Analgesia, Sedation, Delirium - Liberation (40 minutes)
3. Basics of Mechanical Ventilation for the Clinician (40 minutes)
4. Sepsis Management (30 minutes)
5 Shock Resuscitation (30 minutes)
NOTE: Participants are required to take all five modules and must be complete before taking the 10/30/20 virtual session.
