Target Audience

Leaders, managers, supervisors, team leads, health/human service professionals, anyone aspiring to develop critical leadership skills needed at every level.

Description

Effective leaders must be effective problem solvers. Simple, dependable Lean Six Sigma techniques can be used to improve, optimize and strengthen business processes. Today’s leaders need practical tools that are both straight-forward and effective.

This workshop will present a structured 5 step methodology (DMAIC) to get better results, regardless of whether you are dealing with a decline in performance in your team, or planning to move up to the next level. During the course of this workshop you will be actively working together in teams to solve realistic performance scenarios; you will practice using this method to get experience you can take back to your workplace. You will also have the opportunity to apply these concepts to a specific problem from your own business environment, with the added benefit of getting feedback from the instructor.
